2. Self-Paced Courses (Non-Refundable)
- All sales for self-paced courses are final.
- Once payment is successfully processed, learners receive immediate access to digital content.
- Due to the nature of digital goods and instant delivery, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for self-paced course purchases under any circumstances.
3. Instructor-Led Courses (Conditional Refund)
Refunds for instructor-led programs are governed as follows:
a. Refund Window
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment.
- The 30-day window is calculated from the date of payment, not from the course start date.
b. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be partially or fully approved at the company’s discretion based on:
- Percentage of course completed.

- Whether live sessions were attended.
Gateway and processing charges or international gateway fees will be deducted from any approved refund.
c. Abuse Prevention Clause
